Khula Development Group
The Dumela Foundation, in conjunction with the Khula Development Group, provides a support system for children from disadvantaged communities in the Paarl region outside of Cape Town, South Africa. The objective of this program is to promote regular school attendance by supporting absent at-risk children and their families. Khula aims to identify and address the symptoms that lead to school dropouts. These reasons vary but include: social circumstances at home, substance abuse of caregivers/parents and students, lack of school clothes, lack of cognitive development due to fetal alcohol syndrome, domestic violence, poverty.
Step Up Botswana
Step Up Botswana's mission is to educate, inspire and empower young people to achieve their full potential. Too many young people in Botswana who most need our support lack access to quality learning experiences, enrichment programs and safe environments. Step Up Botswana addresses this opportunity gap by removing socioeconomic barriers and equipping our achievers with the skills and knowledge to excel in the classroom, community and career.
Unfailing Grace
Unfailing Grace provides a safe and loving home for children rescued from damaging circumstances. They attempt to raise these children and provide them with a nurturing environment. This enables these children to positively contribute to society.
